After running a business for many years, Carl Benfield, founder of ‘TwentiShere. became increasingly interested in why his innovative alternative energy company (Prescient Power) was struggling and others were booming.
Multiple Business Gurus
His enquiries led to a large number of conversations with other business in which he realised how much he didn’t know. Why had no-one taught him this stuff? Why hadn’t he taught it himself?

Encourage, Educate & Inspire
‘TwentisShere’ was born out of this line of enquiry. It aims to be a place to encourage, educate and inspire business leaders, but all in bite sized, twenty minute chunks. Along with some equally curious people (meaning this in the best possible way), he and his team are seeking to make Twentisphere a complete environment for peer mentoring, learning and excellence.
Just Engage – and Grow!

Our Passion for ‘Off-Site’
Like ‘TwentiShere’, we are committed to continuous improvement – of staff, methods and products. Removing building tasks to factory sub-assembly provides greater opportunity for us to deliver more accurate, higher quality, components and eventual on site assembled buildings. The procedures and processes for the erection and incorporation of these elements on site tends to be more controlled and considered. ‘Safety’ of assembly becomes an essential and integral part of the design process. Pre-planning of how works are to be executed is considered in detail before any element is actually sent to the factory for fabrication. Plans for moving, delivering, unloading, site storage and site handling all form part of the ‘off-site’ manufacturer’s tasks.
