We are looking for highly professional, highly motivated, Business Development Associates throughout the UK.
You will be used to discussing technical issues with architects and builders, enjoy helping self-builders, be up to speed with fast changing standards in our business environment, and relish the opportunity to introduce and sell new services and specialist products.
You will also be able to read construction drawings, have good math, spatial & IT skills + CAD familiarity.
As Chartered Building Consultants and Chartered Surveyors we are bound by professional codes of conduct and service delivery. As industry leaders in Of-Site Design & Build, we are ISO and IIP Certified and TRADA accredited. We take our professionalism seriously and expect that you will do the same.
As a Sales Professional you will be smart, have excellent written and spoken English, be up to date with your knowledge of presentation and sales techniques, have proper concern for clients and their needs, and be proud to represent our highly qualified organisation over the long term.
If you have relevant industry knowledge, tried and tested consultative sales experience, and the ability to close sales on pre-estimated projects, you may be in-line for an OTE exceeding £40k in the first year, rising to double or more thereafter.

Working partly from home and partly from our offices / network, you will be ready, willing and able to service existing clients and enquiries whenever required, build a base of repeat customers, and grow and maintain sales funnels for more than one service or product.
